Call for papers:

The Institute of Philosophy in Zagreb organizes the conference “Agent Causation, Powers, and Sourcehood“, sponsored by the Croatian Science Foundation. The conference will take place in Zagreb, Croatia, from 24 to 26 May 2018.

The conference will explore some central topics of contemporary free will debate, with special emphasis on the notions of agent-causal powers and sourcehood.

Presentations should not exceed 30 minutes, and they will be followed by 15 minute discussions. Contributors will be approached to submit their presentations for publication in the conference proceedings, subject to peer-review.

Please send the title and summary of your presentation, in no more than 400 words, to by 1 February 2018. Please make sure to indicate your name, title, affiliation, and e-mail address. Acceptance letters will be sent out by 1 March 2018. The conference fee of is 20 Euros; fee can be waived for students upon request.
